A lifetime warranty means that Altè takes responsibility for the quality of the product throughout its entire lifespan. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that affect the functionality of the suitcase under normal use.

If any component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — with no unnecessary hassle for you.

What does the warranty not cover?

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear, such as aluminium patina, small scratches, or signs of use

  • damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents

  • cosmetic changes that occur naturally through travel

Payment Methods:

You can pay for your order using card (Visa, Mastercard), MobilePay, PayPal, or Klarna — with the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments, with no additional fees.

All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

Right of Cancellation & Returns Process:

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

We offer a 60-day free return policy. Return the suitcase unused and in its original packaging to receive a full refund.
